We know that buying for your littles can be tough, currently Salty Bo Kids Co. does not offer refunds but is happy to offer exchanges or store credit with the return on the original item and packaging. Exchanges can be completed in another size if/when available, if the current item is not available, you are able to receive store credit.

Exchanges must be submitted to info@saltybokidsco.com within 5 days of deliver to be eligible for an exchange or store credit. 

If you receive an item that is damage or incorrect, Salty Bo Kids Co. must be contacted within 5 days of delivery at info@saltybokidsco.com.
